Bills, appointments and important mail, all in one place.
Home Dash is our household's private dashboard. It reads the mail that matters, keeps the monthly budget straight, and puts due dates and appointments on the family calendar automatically.

What Home Dash does
Smart mail triage
Watches the household Gmail inboxes and pulls out only what matters: bills, payment receipts, doctor and service appointments, deliveries, security alerts and subscription renewals. Everything else is left alone.
Monthly budget
Tracks what is due this month, what has been paid and what is still outstanding. Payment confirmations are matched to bills automatically, and recurring bills are expected before they arrive.
Calendar sync
Puts bill due dates, appointments and birthdays on Google Calendar, and updates or removes them when things change. It only ever touches events it created.
Reminders
A morning digest plus reminders for upcoming and overdue bills and next-day appointments, delivered to the household chat.
How Home Dash uses your Google data
Members sign in with Google. An administrator can also connect household Google accounts, granting the following access:
- Gmail: new messages are checked to find bills, receipts, appointments and other household-critical mail. Relevant messages get a “Dash/…” label. Home Dash never sends, deletes or archives email.
- Google Calendar: Home Dash reads upcoming events and creates, updates or removes only the events it adds itself (bill due dates, appointments, birthdays).
- Google Contacts: names and birthdays are read to show birthday reminders.
Data is processed on the household's own server, including the language model that reads email. It is never sold or shared with third parties, and it isn't used for advertising. Home Dash's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details are in the privacy policy.
