Home Dash (https://dash.slack.pugbot.net) is a private household management application operated for the members of a single household. Access is limited to invited users.
Data is processed and stored on a server controlled by the household. Email content is analysed by a language model running on that same private network. It is not sent to any third-party AI service. For mail that isn't relevant, Home Dash keeps only minimal metadata (sender, subject, date and Gmail's short preview snippet). For relevant mail it stores the extracted details (for example amount and due date) and the message text. Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.
Notifications such as bill reminders may be posted to the household's private Discord server.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Home Dash's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Records of non-relevant mail are deleted automatically after 120 days. You can disconnect a Google account at any time from the Home Dash admin page or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have your data deleted, contact jclark103113@gmail.com.
